"My account managed through AOL stopped working and reset a portion of the POP server account information to go look for Yahoo addresses and not the Verizon ones. I left the following detailed reply on the Microsoft page.

Use Ctrl+V to paste the password in the password field then click Next. To change the password in Outlook 2016 and newer, use the File > Account Settings > Server settings menu. If you type it in, don’t include the spaces, they just make the password easier to read.
